We build and run online stores people can trust. Honest products, honest words, no pressure — and a guarantee built on the idea that trust should go both ways.

The story

Online shopping taught people to be suspicious.

Countdown timers that reset when you reload the page. “Only 2 left” on things that never run out. Five-star walls nobody can verify. Refund policies written so you give up halfway. Photos of a product that isn’t quite the product that arrives.

None of that is necessary. It is a choice — and it is the wrong one.

Nordiccore builds online stores the other way. We believe a store can be profitable and honest, and that telling the truth, even when it costs a sale, builds the kind of trust no discount can buy. Our customers trust us with their hard-earned money. We believe that trust should go both ways.

Our principles

Eight things we do. Not things we hope to do.

  1. 01

We tell the truth, even when it costs a sale.

We say what a product is and what it isn’t. One of our own product pages tells customers that about one in ten cats won’t take to it. We’d rather tell you.

  2. 02

    We trust our customers.

If something isn’t right, one email is enough. Nothing to send back, no photos, no proof, no forms.

  3. 03

When we let someone down, we give back more.

A full refund is always there, offered first. And when we have let someone down, we offer to give back more than they spent with us.

  4. 04

    No pressure, ever.

No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no hidden fees. Prices and shipping are stated up front.

  5. 05

    Real reviews, in real words.

Our customers’ own photos and their own words, word for word. We never invent a review, a rating or a customer.

  6. 06

    Claims we can stand behind.

“Research shows”, never “proven”. When we find a line on our own pages that isn’t strictly true, we take it down.

  7. 07

    Respect for time and attention.

Plain words, readable on a phone, pages that load quickly. Every extra step is a cost we put on the customer.

  8. 08

Nothing hidden about who we are.

Every store names the company behind it. Real support, answered by us — and if an assistant helps us reply, we never pretend otherwise.

Trust goes both ways.

Proof, not promises

How it looks in practice.

“If it isn’t right for you or your cat, just tell us. If you can, give it to someone you care about — that’s all we ask. You get 100% of your money back, no questions asked.”

The Pass-It-On Guarantee, Beaumont

At Beaumont, our cat store, the product page itself says that about one in ten cats won’t take to the basket. Every product image is checked against the real item. And when we found a claim on our own page that wasn’t strictly true, we replaced it with one that is.
